Most implementation projects are done with one or more "sprints." Each sprint we undertake for your online system will use a mix of business strategy development, content development, system implementation, skills training and support, coaching, and consulting services that are tailored to meet your needs.
There are two options for completing Kajabi Sprints:
- Done With You (DWY+DIY) I provide a custom sprint framework for you as a service. This is a fully functioning and tested prototype system on your Kajabi site, where the web pages, forms, funnels, and email content for the selected sprint are provided in "bare bones" content and formatting and all the navigation commands and buttons are working and tested.
We collaborate in Kajabi Lab to complete the copy and content for your web pages and emails, including the messaging and formatting. This DWY+DIY approach develops your Kajabi editing skills, while getting live expert guidance and support (DWY) with Kajabi Lab Live Support.
This option is priced from $397 - $597 per sprint, depending on the sprint chosen. - Done For You Services (DFY+DWY) I implement the fully completed Kajabi system for you while you will provide the content and messaging input on the project. We will have weekly 1:1 private progress sessions until the project is complete to your satisfaction.
This option also includes Kajabi Lab Live Support.
This option is priced from $797 - $1,197 per sprint, depending on the sprints chosen.

The reason I recommend this is because it is based on 30+ years of experience building software systems to improve the results you get.
First, define the requirements before building the system.
It is critically important to have a high degree of clarity and understanding about the requirements of the system you are planning to build before you build it. For your online business system, this activity is about becoming clear about your business strategy, your business revenue model, and the customer experiences you want to provide in a progressive customer journey. It is essential to have clarity on this before you build the system.
Second, build reusable components to save time
Secondly, this involves taking the time to become familiar with how to use Kajabi, and take the time to set up reusable implementation components (branded pages and emails) to save time in building your future implementation sprints.
